Crescent Marketing Services was created by students to help RHA and the Department of Housing communicate information to on-campus residents. Our CampusFlyer Service is a medium which allows these groups to stay in contact with students throughout the school year.

CMS distributes door hanger bags approximately every two weeks to the students that are living on-campus at each school we work in collaboration with. These door bags are custom printed and display the logo of the local RHA (or similar housing association) on the front of the bags. Inside the bags is a newsletter put together by CMS for each participating RHA, flyers from other on-campus student organizations, information from school offices, and coupons from local and national businesses. We also place “goodies” in the bags, such as magnets, pens, key chains, CDs, bouncy balls, etc. CMS always utilizes and compensates current students from each school to distribute the bags under the supervision of RHA escorts.

CMS strongly believes in giving each participating RHA the final say regarding EVERY aspect of our service. While CMS handles all of the aspects of the CampusFlyer Service, we make sure that everything from the design of the bag, distribution dates, newsletter, and content of each distribution, is approved before any action is taken. Our easy to use interactive website allows for this to take place. Each school is assigned a login and password whereby they can access each distribution and approve/decline the contents of the upcoming distribution.
